Founder, Community Retention Specialist
Jacq Vaca is a community retention specialist who transforms digital spaces into thriving ecosystems. With nearly a decade of experience building digital communities and 5+ years elevating crypto projects, she brings a unique blend of creative vision and operational precision drawn from advertising, fashion, luxury hospitality, and performance art.
As a classically trained opera singer, Jacq brings natural charisma to public speaking and technical panel discussions, having contributed her talent to organizations like Polygon Labs, EthGlobal, and the Ethereum Foundation, as well as countless industry panels.
When she’s not building business communities, you’ll find her active in LA’s indie music and dance scene, harvesting from community gardens, and contributing to trailblazing crypto communities like Friends with Benefits.
